Head of the oversight committee of the HoR meets with the Russian Ambassador.

Benghazi, 5 November 2025 (Lana): Head of the House of Representatives' (HoR) Oversight Committee, Zayed Hadiya, met with the Russian Ambassador to Libya, Aydar Aganin, and his accompanying delegation to discuss the role of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) in ending the Libyan crisis.
During the meeting, held at the HoR headquarters in Benghazi, the two parties also reviewed the latest political developments in Libya, as well as ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly economic cooperation.
