Tripoli, October 22, 2025 (LANA) – Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, received today, Wednesday, the British Ambassador to Libya, Martin Longden, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.

During the meeting, Dabaiba praised the ambassador's efforts in strengthening cooperation between Libya and the United Kingdom, and his continued support for the country's political and economic progress.

For his part, the British Ambassador expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Government of National Unity for the cooperation he received throughout his tenure, stressing his country's commitment to supporting stability and development efforts in Libya.
