The Supreme Preparatory Committee is following up on preparations for the Libyan Diplomacy Conference in Tripoli.

Tripoli, October 21, 2025 (LANA) – The Supreme Preparatory Committee for the Libyan Diplomacy Conference held a meeting today, Tuesday, chaired by the Minister-designate for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour.

The Ministry stated on its official page that the meeting was devoted to following up on the results and recommendations of previous meetings, reviewing the work carried out by the subcommittees based on their assigned tasks, and discussing aspects of coordination with Libyan embassies and missions abroad within the framework of these preparations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the attendees discussed the next steps to ensure proper preparation and organization for this conference, and to continue working and intensifying efforts to complete all relevant logistical, technical, and media arrangements. This will contribute to its success and achieve its national and strategic objectives, reflecting the honorable image of Libyan diplomacy and its effective role in strengthening Libya's regional and international presence.

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Preparatory Committee for the Libyan Diplomacy Conference has held five previous meetings as part of its efforts to ensure the success of the conference and achieve its national and strategic goals.
