Opening of the second edition of the Public Prosecution International Book Fair in Tripoli

Tripoli, October 15, 2025 (LANA) - The second edition of the Public Prosecution International Book Fair kicked off at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds, with wide participation from local and international publishing houses.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Attorney General Counselor Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, in the presence of Issam Al-Aoul, Chairman of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences; the Chairman and members of the Supreme Judicial Council; a large number of members of the diplomatic corps, ambassadors, and representatives of international organizations; and a select group of writers, intellectuals, and media professionals.

The exhibition is sponsored and organized by the Office of the Attorney General and the Criminal Research and Training Center, under the supervision of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences. It features wide participation from local and international publishing houses, including hundreds of titles in the fields of thought, literature, law, and the humanities.

The exhibition, which opened its doors to visitors today, Wednesday, and will run until October 25, includes book signings, dialogue sessions, and workshops for lovers of reading and culture.
