Tripoli, October 6, 2025 (LANA) – The Chairman of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad Al-Sayeh, received the British Ambassador to Libya, Martin Longden, on Monday, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in Libya at the end of October.
According to the Commission, this meeting comes within the framework of the Commission's commitment to strengthening communication with international partners supporting the electoral process in Libya and exchanging views on the efforts made to complete the electoral process, thus strengthening the democratic process in Libya.
The Chairman of the Commission expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Ambassador for his valuable efforts and contributions in supporting the Commission, wishing him continued success in his future assignments.
