Tripoli, October 4, 2025 (LANA) - The Chairman of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received this morning, Saturday, at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Muhammad Anis Matta, and his accompanying delegation.

At the beginning of the meeting, Anis conveyed the greetings of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto to Al-Menfi and expressed his desire to establish a strategic partnership between the two brotherly countries by developing bilateral relations in various economic, political, and cultural sectors, in a way that achieves mutual interests and serves the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.

During the meeting, he expressed his gratitude for being received by the Chairman of the Presidential Council, which reflects the depth of the fraternal relations between the two countries and the keenness of the two countries' leaderships to advance them to the level of a strategic partnership.

He welcomed Al-Menfi's emphasis on the importance of activating bilateral relations, launching political consultations, and coordinating positions in international forums on issues of common interest, thus enhancing the role of Islamic countries in achieving stability and peace in the Islamic world.
