Tripoli, September 29, 2025 (LANA) - The Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy to Libya, Jeremy Berndt, affirmed his country's continued support for Libyan efforts to unify military institutions in order to enhance stability and create conditions for greater prosperity in the country.

This came in a tweet published by the US Embassy on the "X" platform after his meeting with the Libyan Undersecretary of Defense, Abdulsalam Zoubi, on Monday in Tripoli.

In his tweet, Berndt said, "I discussed with the Undersecretary of Defense, Abdulsalam Zoubi, ways to enhance military cooperation between the United States and Libya."
