Tripoli, September 28, 2025 (LANA) – Minister of Social Affairs Wafaa Al-Kilani affirmed that the issue of displaced persons and migrants in the country is a top priority, stressing the ministry's commitment to removing any obstacles that may hinder the process of disbursing grants to them.

This came during a meeting chaired by her today at the ministry's headquarters to follow up on the disbursement of grants for displaced persons and migrants, review distribution mechanisms, and update databases to ensure regular disbursement in various regions.

The meeting comes within the framework of implementing Prime Ministerial Decision No. 412 of 2025, regarding the disbursement of rental allowance grants to the lists of displaced and migrants approved by the ministry, numbering 13,229 families.
