Tripoli, September 28, 2025 (LANA) – The Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, discussed today, Sunday, with the World Bank Resident Representative in Libya, Henriette Kaltenborn, the technical programs that the Ministry of Finance is working to implement, most notably the Treasury Single Account (TSA) and the Government Financial Management Information System (GFMIS).

The ministry stated on its official page that the two sides discussed the partnership between Libya and the World Bank Group, with the aim of enhancing transparency and improving the efficiency of financial management. This comes as part of preparations for the World Bank meetings, which will be held from October 13 to 17 in Washington, DC.
