NOC and the IFP agree to resume cooperation in the field of training.

Tripoli, September 27, 2025 (LANA) – The National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the French Petroleum Institute (IFP) have agreed to resume cooperation in the field of training and capacity building.

This came during a visit by the Director General of the General Department of Training, Development, and Capacity Building and his accompanying delegation to the institute.

According to the NOC's official website, the agreement includes the implementation of academic and specialized training programs in the fields of petroleum operations and petrochemical unit operation, in addition to other programs aimed at obtaining specialized certificates.

NOC explained that this agreement aims to raise the level of training programs and increase focus on refining and developing the sector's workforce, keeping pace with global developments in the energy sector.
