Doha, September 15, 2025 (LANA) – Chairman of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, participated today, Monday, in the opening session of the emergency Arab-Islamic summit held in the Qatari capital, Doha.

The Presidential Council's media office explained that Al-Menfi's participation came in response to an official invitation from the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, embodying Libya's steadfast position in standing with its brothers in confronting any aggression.

The summit will review current developments in the region and coordinate positions on common challenges, with the attendance of leaders of Arab and Islamic countries.
