Tripoli, September 10, 2025 (LANA) - The Law Enforcement Department of the General Directorate of Security Operations gave the occupants of a property located in the Fashloum area (Jami' al-Saq'a - Wasa'aya Badri) a 24-hour deadline on Wednesday to vacate the property. This deadline was implemented in accordance with the instructions of the Public Prosecutor of Tripoli, and due to its illegal occupation.

The department clarified in a post on its official page that the property in question comprises a plot of land measuring 476.44 square meters, according to certification booklet No. 30496/T, noting that it will be handed over to its rightful owner immediately after the expiration of the specified deadline.

The Law Enforcement Department had previously granted the occupants a grace period, which was subsequently extended in consideration of the exceptional circumstances witnessed in Tripoli during the recent period. However, the continued illegal occupation of the property necessitated taking the necessary legal measures.

The department affirmed its commitment to implementing the law and protecting private property, noting that all measures taken were in accordance with approved legal frameworks and under the direct supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
