Al-Koni Meets with Qatar's Ambassador.

Tripoli, September 4, 2025 (LANA) – Presidential Council Member Musa Al-Koni discussed on Thursday with Qatar's Ambassador to Libya Khalid Al-Dosari the latest developments in the country's political situation and efforts to address the political deadlock, paving the way for fair elections whose results are acceptable to all political parties.

The Presidential Council's media office reported that the Qatari ambassador affirmed his country's continued support for the Council's efforts to achieve stability and create a conducive environment for calm during the recent period in the capital.

The office quoted Al-Koni as affirming the Presidential Council's continued communication with all parties to bring viewpoints closer together in order to reach a comprehensive political settlement aimed at holding the elections and completing the national reconciliation project, which has reached advanced stages.
