Al-Shahoubi meets with Bangladeshi Ambassador.

Tripoli, September 2, 2025 (LANA) – The Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Mohammed Salem Al-Shahoubi, discussed today, Tuesday, with the Ambassador of Bangladesh to Libya, Abu Al-Hasanat Mohammed, in the presence of the Undersecretary General of the Ministry of Health, Mohammed Al-Ghouj, ways to enhance health cooperation between the two countries.

The Ministry stated on its official page that the meeting addressed following up on procedures for settling the status of Bangladeshi medical assistants working in the public health sector, following the approval of the financial regulations for expatriate personnel.

During the meeting, Al-Shahoubi praised the important role played by Bangladeshi personnel in Libyan hospitals and health facilities, stressing his keenness to follow up on the payment of their financial dues to ensure the stability of their work and contribute to improving the level of health services provided to citizens.
