Al-Menfi meets with Al-Dbaiba.

Tripoli, 20 August 2025 (Lana) President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, discussed yesterday with the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul-Hamid Al-Dbaiba, the latest security, political, and economic developments in the country.

During the meeting, the two sides stressed the need to promote coordination between sovereign and executive institutions to ensure stability, unify efforts to confront current challenges, and advance the political and economic process in a way that serves the interest of citizens and maintains the country’s unity.

The meeting also discussed the importance of following up on what was agreed upon on some vital issues as part of the ongoing procedures to review and regulate technical agreements and existing commitments, ensuring transparency and protecting security, state sovereignty, and public funds.
