New York, August 19, 2025 (LANA) – The head of the UN mission and Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Hanna Tetteh, will brief the UN Security Council on the latest developments in Libya on Thursday, August 21.

Sources report that Tetteh is expected to present a roadmap for a political solution in Libya in her briefing to the Security Council.
