Tripoli, August 13, 2025 (LANA) – Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, congratulated Al-Ahli Tripoli Club on winning the 51st edition of the Libyan Premier League for the fourteenth time in its history, praising what he described as "a season full of challenges and strong competition."
Dabaiba stressed in a statement that this victory reflects the determination of the players, the competence of the technical and administrative staff, and the great support of the club's loyal fans. He noted that this achievement enhances Al-Ahli Tripoli's position on the local and continental sports scene.

Al-Ahli Tripoli Club was crowned champion of the Libyan Premier League for the 2024-2025 sports season on Tuesday evening, after defeating Al-Hilal Club 2-0 in the final match held at the Sina di Meda Stadium in Milan, Italy.
This is Al-Ahly Tripoli's fourteenth title, reflecting the club's continued competition for titles and cementing its presence in the history of Libyan football.
