Tripoli, July 30, 2025 (LANA) – The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, discussed Libyan-Iraqi relations and ways to expand cooperation between the two countries on Wednesday with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Libya, Ahmed Al-Sahaf.

The meeting addressed the importance of enhancing consultation and exchanging views on issues of common interest regionally and internationally.

During the meeting, Al-Baour praised the deep fraternal relations between Libya and Iraq, stressing Libya's aspiration to open broader horizons for cooperation to serve the common interests of the two brotherly peoples.
