The Discussion of prospects for cooperation in the field of training between the Institute of Diplomatic Studies and the French Cultural Institute

Tripoli, July 28, 2025 (LANA) – The meeting held by Khaled Abu Khreis, Director of the Institute of Diplomatic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Jean-Bernard Boulvin, Director of the French Cultural Office and Institute at the French Embassy in Libya, was devoted to discussing prospects for joint cooperation in the fields of training and development.

The meeting also addressed a joint initiative to train and develop a number of translators working at the Translation Office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, through a specialized training program in simultaneous interpretation held in France.

This initiative comes within the framework of the Institute's commitment to strengthening national competencies in the fields of diplomatic and linguistic translation, contributing to the support and development of Libyan diplomatic work on the international scene.
