Libya Technology Forum 2025 kicks off in Istanbul

Tripoli, July 23, 2025 (LANA) – The Libya Technology Forum 2025 kicked off in Istanbul, Turkey, under the honorary patronage of the Central Bank of Libya and with the support of the Jumhouria Bank as the main sponsor. The forum is attended by a select group of specialists and experts in the fields of banking technology and digital transformation.
The three-day forum includes an intensive program of presentations, panel discussions, and workshops focusing on enhancing the security of banking and government systems and developing the digital infrastructure of Libyan institutions.
During the opening session of the forum, the importance of investing in modern technology and building specialized national capacities capable of protecting digital systems and driving digital transformation in the country was emphasized.
The forum is being held within the framework of Libyan financial institutions' efforts to keep pace with rapid technological developments and enhance international cooperation in the field of cybersecurity and modern technologies, contributing to consolidating technical stability and modernizing the banking and government work environment in Libya.
