Tripoli, July 20, 2025 (LANA) – Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, honored the Supreme Organizing Committee of the 12th Tripoli International Malouf Festival, which was organized under the name "Sheikh Mustafa Abu Jarad Session," on Sunday. The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the General Authority for Cinema, Theater, and Arts, and the Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs.

"Our Government" reported on its official page that Dabaiba praised the efforts made by the committee in organizing this session, which represented a strong return of this national cultural event after a hiatus of years. He emphasized that what was achieved represents an important step in reviving Libyan heritage and strengthening cultural identity.

The Prime Minister also honored the members of the organizing committee in appreciation of their contributions to the success of this artistic event, which witnessed wide participation from Malouf bands from across the country.

According to the "Our Government" page, Dabaiba stressed the need to continue activating the country's artistic movement and to prioritize cultural and artistic production that expresses the people's identity and reflects their diversity, cultural heritage, and authentic spirit. He affirmed that the government will spare no effort in supporting initiatives that contribute to building a cohesive society that takes pride in its culture.
