Libyan-Indonesian talks to enhance trade exchange.

Tripoli, 16 July 2025 (Lana) During his meeting yesterday in Tripoli with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Indonesia to Libya, Didi Rafai, the Chairman of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences, discussed the possibility of opening new horizons for cooperation between the public and private sectors in both countries.
The meeting discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in organizing exhibitions and economic events, and the importance of holding joint exhibitions between Libya and Indonesia was emphasized, contributing to supporting trade exchange.
They also discussed measures to overcome the difficulties facing the participation of Indonesian companies in events held in Tripoli, Misrata, Sabha, and Benghazi. This would enhance Indonesia's presence in the Libyan market and support the economic partnership between the two sides.
Both sides affirmed their commitment to continuing coordination and joint work to serve the economic interests of the two friendly countries.
