Dbaiba Receives Greek Foreign Minister.

Tripoli, July 15, 2025 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, Giorgos Gerapetrissis, at the Cabinet Office on Tuesday.

The meeting addressed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the economic and service sectors. The meeting also discussed opening Greek airspace to Libyan air traffic and resuming direct flights between the two countries.

The two sides stressed the importance of continuing direct dialogue between Libya and Greece, ensuring respect for national sovereignty, maintaining good neighborly relations, and promoting the common interests of the Libyan and Greek peoples.
