Tripoli, 15 July 2025 (Lana)—British Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa Hamish Falconer emphasized his country's commitment to supporting the UN-led political process in Libya during his meeting with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Libya, Hanna Tetteh, at the end of the first day of his visit to Tripoli yesterday, Monday.

The UK Embassy in Libya stated in a tweet, ”He reaffirmed UK support for UNSMIL and the UN-led political process and stressed the UK's commitment to working with international partners to help drive coordination and momentum.”
