Tripoli, July 14, 2025 (LANA) - The Emergency Medicine and Support Center signed a cooperation agreement with Georgetown University in the United States of America to enhance the capabilities of the emergency sector in Libya.
The center stated through its media office that the agreement, signed by the center's head, Tariq Abdul Salam Al-Hamshari, during his visit to the United States of America last April, aims to transfer knowledge, train and qualify Libyan cadres, and raise their efficiency.
The center confirmed that the first training program under this agreement began today for a cadre of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center team from various offices across Libya, as part of ongoing efforts to improve the level of emergency services in Libya.
