Tripoli, 13 July 2025 (Lana): GNU Minister of Oil and Gas Khalifa Abdul-Sadiq discussed with Saudi Minister of Energy Prince Abdul-Aziz bin Salman ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in gas projects and vocational training.

The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 9th OPEC World Seminar, discussed the possibility of benefiting from Saudi Aramco's expertise to support the Libyan Oil Ministry’s effort to increase production and achieve optimal utilization of natural resources.

The two ministers also reviewed efforts to update the joint vocational training plan, the details of which will be announced soon, reflecting both sides' commitment to building qualified national cadres.

The two sides emphasized the importance of strengthening fraternal relations and opening new horizons for integration in the energy sector to serve the common interests of both countries.
