Tripoli, July 12, 2025 (LANA) – The General Electricity Company announced today, Saturday, the completion of the internal and external cable heads for Transformer No. (2) at the 11/66 kV Tamzin Station, and the successful completion of the cable technical testing phase.
The company explained in a post on its official page that the cables have been installed in the cell, making Transformer No. (2) ready to enter service and join the electricity grid soon.
The company confirmed that this step comes as part of its efforts to improve the performance of the electricity grid and enhance its stability in various regions.
