Zella, July 12, 2025 (LANA) – Abdullah Abu Zaid Al-Kilani, a member of the Zella Municipal Council and in charge of the housing and utilities portfolio, discussed the possibility of opening new housing projects within the Zella Municipality during a meeting with the head of the Urban Planning Department in Jufra, Engineer Abdul Hamid Aqnefid.

The meeting addressed ways to develop the municipality's general plan, which would contribute to improving the overall appearance of the area's streets and squares, most of which remain dirt roads. The meeting also discussed organizing the work mechanism of the Urban Planning Office in Zella and providing it with the necessary capabilities.

The attendees emphasized the importance of leveraging Zella's vast engineering expertise and experience in various disciplines to contribute to the success of these initiatives and enhance the municipality's urban development efforts.
