Dabaiba follows up with the Egyptian companies' coalition on the remaining parts of the Third Ring Road.

Tripoli, July 7, 2025 (LANA) - Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, held an expanded meeting on Monday with the heads and representatives of the Egyptian companies consortium implementing the Third Ring Road project in Tripoli.

According to the Prime Minister's media office, the meeting was attended by Mustafa Al-Manea, Head of the Executive Team for Presidential Initiatives and Strategic Projects, and Mohamed Ismail, Director General of the Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Agency.

The meeting reviewed the overall implementation status of the Third Ring Road project, followed up on its first phase, and discussed the technical and timelines for the remaining parts of the project.

Dabaiba stressed the importance of adhering to the specified timetables, ensuring the quality of the materials used, and the need for cooperation with Libyan companies throughout the implementation phases, in support of the national role in reconstruction and infrastructure projects.

The consortium implementing these projects includes major Egyptian companies specializing in infrastructure and roads, namely Orascom Construction, Hassan Allam Construction, Rowad Modern Engineering, and NEOM Company.
