Foreign Ministry meets with Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Tripoli, July 7, 2025 (LANA) – The Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abu Bakr Ibrahim Al-Tawil, met today, Monday, at the Ministry's headquarters in Tripoli, with the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Libya, Senad Machovic, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

During the meeting, the two sides emphasized the historical nature of Libyan-Bosnian relations and discussed ways to activate the direct flight line between the two countries, given its positive impact in facilitating the movement of delegations and the exchange of official visits, in addition to its role in supporting trade, economic, and tourism exchanges.

The meeting also addressed the importance of overcoming difficulties and addressing outstanding issues, in a way that enhances joint cooperation and contributes to the development of bilateral relations at various levels.
