Greek newspaper: Greek Foreign Minister to visit Benghazi and Tripoli this July

Monday, June 4, 2025 (LANA) – The Greek newspaper "Naftemboriki" revealed that Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis is scheduled to make two consecutive visits to Libya during the month of July.
The Greek newspaper explained that the minister's first visit will be to the city of Benghazi on July 6, followed by a visit to the capital, Tripoli, on the 15th of this month.
It is noteworthy that the Greek minister's visit comes after Libya's rejection of Greek actions in the Mediterranean region, as reflected in statements of condemnation and denunciation issued by the Government of National Unity and the government appointed by the House of Representatives.
