Al-Haddad stresses the need to raise the efficiency of the military institution and impose the state's prestige.

Tripoli, July 4, 2025 (LANA) - The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Mohamed Ali Al-Haddad, met with a number of officers from battalion and company commanders, as well as a number of administrative officers from the 222nd Brigade.

The General Staff stated in a statement that Al-Haddad, during the meeting held on Thursday, reviewed the plan and workflow of the 222nd Brigade, and issued directives for the continued seriousness and professionalism of the Brigade and the resolution of administrative problems facing its members, in order to achieve the required level of organization and training.

Al-Haddad also urged the brigade's members to work together to enhance the efficiency of the military institution and highlight the true role of the military in enforcing the state's authority and the rule of law against any breaches or threats to security.
