Military-technical delegations from eastern Libya recently visited Turkey.

Ankara, July 1, 2025 (LANA) - The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday that three military-technical delegations from eastern Libya recently visited Turkey.

In a post on the X platform, the ministry said that the Libyan delegations inspected command headquarters, units, and training institutions affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of Defense.

The ministry added that the Turkish Armed Forces are successfully continuing their training and advisory activities in Libya.

According to the ministry, "Following the official visit of the Commander of the Libyan National Army's Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, to our country on April 4, 2025, three military-technical delegations from eastern Libya visited our country between June 15 and 28."

The Turkish Ministry of Defense continued, "These visits are expected to further strengthen relations," affirming its commitment to continuing its support for Libya and cooperation with all Libyan parties.
