Tripoli, June 30, 2025 (LANA) – The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs of the Government of National Unity, Major General Mahmoud Saeed, met today, Monday, in Tripoli, with the Maltese Special Envoy to Libya, Alexander Dalli.

The Ministry of Interior stated that the meeting, which was attended by the Director of the General Administration of Coastal Security, Major General Al-Bashir Bin Nour, and the Operations Commander of the 444th Combat Brigade, Colonel Ali Abu Bakr, discussed mechanisms for joint security cooperation between the two sides, in addition to the ongoing preparations for the implementation of the "Dolphin 2" joint naval exercise in the coming period, according to a well-thought-out security plan aimed at enhancing capabilities and exchanging expertise.
