Tripoli, June 29, 2025 (LANA) – Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, issued direct instructions to the heads of executive bodies to follow up on the obstacles facing the implementation of several projects related to the "Owdat Al-Hayat" Plan in the southern region.

This came during a meeting held today with a number of local contractors implementing the service and development projects of the "Owdat Al-Hayat" Plan in various sectors in the southern region.

Dabaiba stressed during the meeting that the government places these projects among its top priorities, given their vital role in enhancing stability and improving the quality of life for citizens in various municipalities. He emphasized the importance of contractors' commitment to quality, technical standards, and the specified timetable.

He also called on all executive bodies to work immediately to resolve all problems and obstacles hindering the progress of work on these projects, according to a post published by the Government Media Office on its official Facebook page.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister listened to a detailed presentation from contractors on progress rates and the challenges they face on the ground, particularly in infrastructure, health, and education projects, which represent strategic priorities within the National Unity Government's program to improve the living conditions of citizens in the south.
