Tripoli, June 25, 2025 (LANA) – The Director of the Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Khaled Abdul Salam Abu Khreis, met today, Wednesday, with the Chargé d'Affaires of the People's Republic of China to Libya to present the Institute's vision and future plans for training young diplomats and developing their capabilities to meet modern diplomatic challenges.

The Director of the Institute emphasized the importance of international cooperation in the field of training and qualification, praising the People's Republic of China's continued support for the Libyan state and noting the Institute's aspiration to strengthen academic and diplomatic partnerships with relevant Chinese institutions.

The Chinese Chargé d'Affaires expressed his appreciation for the Institute's role in building diplomatic cadres, affirming his country's keenness to continue constructive cooperation with Libya in various fields.
