Tripoli, June 23, 2025 (LANA) - The head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbouh, stressed the need to activate the roles and responsibilities of the Urban Planning, State Property, and Real Estate Registration departments.
This came during a meeting held by Qaderbouh yesterday with the heads of these departments to review their performance and the tasks assigned to them in controlling and organizing state property and planning development projects in accordance with the provisions of the law. The goal is to enhance work efficiency, develop its mechanisms, and achieve the highest standards of quality in the services provided to citizens.
During the meeting, Qaderbouh also called for these bodies to carry out their duties and exercise their powers in accordance with the provisions of the legislation governing them. This is important given the repeated attacks on state property by those outside the law. He also called for the control of any forgery in real estate registration records, determining liability for violators, and imposing the necessary and deterrent penalties against them.
During the meeting, the latest updates related to these entities' projects were reviewed, such as the issuance of electronic real estate certificates, the draft urban planning regulations, the State Property Authority's price list, and other projects scheduled to be implemented to regulate the work of these agencies.
These meetings come within the framework of the Authority's commitment to protecting public funds, preserving them, and ensuring the work of these agencies is carried out in accordance with the strategic plans established by them and in a manner that serves the public interest.
