Tripoli, June 17, 2025 (LANA) – The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) announced today, Tuesday, that it will organize a panel discussion between members of the Advisory Committee and a number of media professionals tonight at 8:00 PM Tripoli time.

The mission explained that the committee members will give a brief presentation on the Advisory Committee's outcomes regarding Libya's progress towards elections.

It added that the presentation will be followed by a discussion session with the attendees. The panel discussion will be held online, enabling journalists from across Libya to participate.

The mission indicated that this panel discussion is part of the mission's "Baseera" program, which includes opportunities for participation and professional development for media professionals.
