Tripoli, June 14, 2025 (LANA) - The Ministry of Interior intends to organize a seminar on evaluating security performance tomorrow morning, Sunday, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Central Support (formerly the April 7 Camp).
The Ministry stated through its media office that the seminar will be attended by the Minister of Interior in charge, a number of ministry leaders, the Office of the Public Prosecutor, the Office of the Attorney General, and a number of security professionals, including researchers, experts, and specialists. This comes within the framework of the importance of coordination between security and judicial authorities in developing the justice system and achieving security and stability.
The seminar will include a comprehensive review of security efforts during the first quarter of 2025, in addition to presenting a statistical and analytical comparison of crime rates during the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of security plans and improving institutional performance.
