Tripoli, June 8, 2025 (LANA) – The Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Libya, Liu Jian, expressed his country's hope for the restoration of security and stability in Libya as soon as possible and for the political process to move forward in a manner that meets the aspirations of the Libyan people.

Liu Jian affirmed in a statement to the Libyan News Agency that his country is keen to develop the existing strategic partnership between the two countries. He expressed the People's Republic of China's readiness to enhance its practical cooperation with Libya in various fields, wishing the Libyan people further prosperity and well-being.
