Benghazi, June 2, 2025 (LANA) - The House of Representatives decided to form a technical committee to study the Libyan-Turkish agreement submitted by the government assigned by the House, headed by Osama Hammad.

House of Representatives spokesman Abdullah Blihaq explained that the decision to form the technical committee was taken during the House's session today, Monday.

Blihaq did not provide any details about the Libyan-Turkish agreement submitted by the Hamad government to the House of Representatives for approval. This agreement concerns the demarcation of the maritime borders between the two countries, and was signed with the former Government of National Accord, headed by Fayez al-Sarraj, on November 27, 2019.
