The Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation approves a package of job settlements and bonuses for 435 ministry employees.

Tripoli, May 25, 2025 (LANA) - Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed Al-Rida, approved a package of important administrative decisions, including job settlements and bonuses for a number of employees at the ministry's headquarters and regional labor offices, in addition to surplus employees assigned to these offices.

The Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation stated that the decisions included 435 employees, whose files were completed by the technical committee responsible for settlements and promotions, as part of the plan for the first quarter of 2025.

These measures aim to correct the administrative and financial conditions of employees, enhancing their job stability and ensuring they receive their rights in accordance with approved regulations.

The approved package includes financial settlements, job promotions, and the inclusion of previous service periods, in addition to transfer and secondment decisions for eligible employees. The Labor Office Follow-up Department is responsible for circulating the decisions to the relevant authorities for implementation.

The Ministry emphasized that this step is part of its strategy to improve employee conditions, implement the principle of administrative justice, and ensure equal opportunities, contributing to motivating talent and enhancing overall performance in the labor and rehabilitation sector.

It is worth noting that the Ministry completed the settlement of the status of more than 3,600 employees during 2024 as part of a comprehensive plan to organize the administrative and functional structure.
