Kuala Lumpur, May 21, 2025 (LANA) - Malaysia has decided to extend the stay period for Libyan citizens arriving in the country from 14 days to 30 days, subject to extension, for all age groups.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity stated on Wednesday that the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Department of Immigration in Malaysia approved the extension decision, as part of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

According to the ministry, this decision will facilitate travel and residence procedures for Libyan citizens, especially students and visitors.
