Dabaiba discusses the general situation in the country with a delegation of dignitaries and notables from Sabratha.

Tripoli, May 18, 2025 (LANA) - The meeting held by the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity with a delegation of notables and dignitaries from the city of Sabratha was devoted to discussing the general situation in the country and following up on the government's efforts to enhance stability.

During the meeting, the Sabratha delegation praised the steps taken to improve the security situation in Tripoli, stressing that their support for state institutions stems from their commitment to the country's unity and their rejection of any attempts to disrupt the national situation or impose a fait accompli by force of arms.

The delegation also discussed with the Prime Minister a number of service issues the city needs, most notably infrastructure projects and improving health and education services. They called for accelerating the pace of work and addressing citizens' needs.

Dabaiba emphasized that the city of Sabratha is a priority in the monitoring and implementation programs. He also directed the relevant authorities to respond quickly to the demands raised and to work to complete delayed projects in coordination with local authorities.
