Tripoli, May 18, 2025 (LANA) - President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, discussed with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, the measures taken by the Council to maintain the ceasefire in Tripoli on Sunday.
According to the Council's media office, the meeting focused on the unfortunate events that recently occurred in the capital, Tripoli, the measures taken by the Presidential Council to maintain the ceasefire and protect civilians, and possible solutions to resolve the political deadlock.
