Tripoli, May 16, 2025 (LANA) - The Directorates Support Service, affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, affirmed that it will not tolerate anyone who attempts to tamper with public and private property, and will deal firmly with anyone who seeks to destabilize or undermine the security of the country and its people.

The service said in a statement issued on Friday that it will not tolerate infiltrators and criminals who attempt to drag the country into undesirable consequences, calling on everyone to demonstrate awareness and responsibility.

The service indicated that it will not back down from its efforts to build a professional, regular police institution, free from the noise and chaos of the militias that have wreaked havoc in Libya, causing death, crime, and corruption for more than a decade.

The statement noted that there are systematic campaigns to incite citizens to chaos, looting, and damage property.
