Tripoli, May 12, 2025 (LANA) - The European Union Ambassador to Libya, Nicola Orlando, confirmed that he agreed with the Qatari Ambassador, Khaled Al-Dosari, during their meeting today, Monday, on the importance of all Libyan and international parties supporting the new phase of the UN-facilitated political process after the Advisory Committee concludes its work.

He said in a post on the (X) platform that he discussed with Al-Dosari reports regarding tensions in the capital, Tripoli, and joined the UN mission in calling on all parties to immediately de-escalate and resolve differences peacefully.
