Tripoli, 11 May 2025 (Lana) Representative of the Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, met today with the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi.

During the meeting, Al-Khulaifi conveyed the greetings of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to the Presidential Council, affirming his country's continued support for the Council's efforts to achieve stability.

The meeting discussed the latest developments in the political process and the efforts to overcome the current political stalemate and move forward towards elections to conclude the transitional phases.

Issues of common interest and strengthening cooperation between the two brotherly countries in various areas were also discussed.
