Tripoli, May 10, 2025 (LANA) - President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, met this evening, Saturday, in Tripoli, with a delegation of notables and elders from the Al-Maqarha tribe to discuss and exchange views on the latest developments in the country's national political scene.

The delegation expressed its support for all national steps and efforts undertaken by President of the Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, to consolidate the foundations of security, achieve lasting stability, and build comprehensive peace throughout Libya, according to a post published by the President of the Council's media office on its official Facebook page.

The delegation affirmed that the Al-Maqarha tribe has been and continues to be a pillar of the Libyan social fabric, and is keen to contribute effectively to the process of national reconciliation and state-building.
