The Audit Bureau discusses the Emergency Medicine Center's responses to the 2023 audit results.

Tripoli, May 5, 2025 (LANA) - The General Administration for Supervision of Service Sectors at the Audit Bureau held an expanded meeting at the Bureau's headquarters in the Dahra area, devoted to discussing the responses of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center regarding the observations revealed by the examination and review process of the center's accounts for the fiscal year 2023.

The Audit Bureau explained that the meeting was chaired by the Director of the General Administration for Supervision of Service Sectors, and attended by the Director of the Health Sector Supervision Department, the Head of the Reports and Technical Support Unit, and the assigned inspection and review team, with the participation of officials from the relevant departments at the Emergency Medicine Center.

The meeting included a detailed review of the center's responses to the audit observations. It was agreed to establish effective mechanisms to address existing gaps and improve the efficiency of financial and administrative performance, ensuring the proper allocation of resources in accordance with the principles of transparency and good governance.
